Marcus & Millichap brokered the sale of a 310,519-square-foot single-tenant industrial facility in Temple, Texas.
The value of the transaction was $17.1 million.
Dallas-based Atlantic Financial Group sold the property to a New Jersey-based buyer.
The Performance Food Group Temperature Controlled building was constructed in 1999 on approximately 55 acres. Temperature Controlled is a subsidiary of Performance Food Group Co. and has guaranteed a 22-year absolute triple net lease.
