Century 21 announced the launch of the C21 Web Site Builder Wizard, an Internet-based tool that aims to offer system affiliates a simplified and streamlined Web site development program.
The Wizard is free of charge and offers sales associates, team members and offices throughout the system the ability to create their own Web sites without a working knowledge of Internet technology or computer programming languages such as HTML.
The Web Site Builder Wizard takes C21 brokers and sales associates step-by-step through the Web site development process, using standard word processing commands and user-friendly cut and paste editing. This product aims to allow users to easily add property listings, descriptions, pictures and virtual tours to their sites, while letting the users customize pages with relevant hyperlinks and automatic listings.
“With growing numbers of consumers looking to the Internet for information about the home-buying and -selling process, it is essential that we expand our online presence to bring Century 21 offices and agents within reach of the communities they serve,” said John Greenleaf, senior vice president of marketing for C21 Real Estate Corp. “Through the Web Site Builder Wizard, we give our real estate professionals the tools to more effectively reach these Web-savvy consumers.”
