Colliers International represented both parties in Vin Sanh Properties’ 124,840-square-foot purchase from Makita U.S.A Inc. in Fremont, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $6.3 million.
The manufacturing/warehouse building is situated on approximately 9 acres at 41850 Christy St.
Vin Sanh Properties will use the property as its regional headquarters and sales office for specialty food distribution.
Lagomarsino and Bob Ferraro with Colliers represented Vin Sanh Properties in the purchase. Mark Zamudio and Terry Healy also with Colliers represented Makita USA Inc. in the transaction.
