Trizec Properties announced that Devon Energy Corp. will lease an additional 188,300 square feet of space at Devon Energy Tower Two Allen Center in Houston, Texas.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
The lease increases the company’s total presence at the Allen Center complex to 424,000 through January 2012.
Devon Energy Tower Two Allen Center is a 36-story, 996,000-square-foot office tower located at 1200 Smith St.
Kevin Snodgrass and Tim Relyea of Cushman & Wakefield represented Devon Energy in the transaction. Paul Frazier, vice president of leasing, represented Trizec.
Chicago-based Trizec Properties Inc. is a real estate investment trust that owns and operates commercial office properties.
