A joint venture between Developers Diversified and DRA Advisors LLC, on behalf of a group of institutional investors, sold a 320,000-square-foot shopping center in San Antonio, Texas.
The value of the transaction was approximately $58 million.
The property, La Plaza Del Norte, was sold to an undisclosed investor.
At the time of sale, the property was 95 percent leased to Cost Plus, Ross Stores, DSW Shoe Warehouse, Best Buy, Oshman’s Sporting Goods, OfficeMax, Petco and Beall’s.
