Marcus & Millichap negotiated the sale of the 136-unit Amherst Place in Sacramento, Calif.
The value of the transaction was $14.9 million.
Amherst Place, located at 1019 Dornajo Way, is a 15-year-old complex with 128,720 rentable square feet. The unit mix includes 48 one-bedroom and 88 two-bedroom units, which range in size from 795 to 1,050 square feet.
Occupancy was 93 percent at the time of sale.
A Northern California private investor sold the property to San Diego-based Amherst Investors LLC.
