Binswanger/Klatskin represented Dendrite International in the subleasing of 233,000 square feet of office space in Bedminster, N.J.
The value of the transaction was not disclosed.
Dendrite is a provider of sales and marketing services to the pharmaceutical and life science industries.
As a result of this sublease, Dendrite will relocate its corporate headquarters from Morristown. The move will also allow Dendrite to consolidate operations currently situated in Basking Ridge, N.J., and in Somerset Corporate Center in Bridgewater, N.J.
Teterboro, N.J.-based Binswanger/Klatskin is a member of Chesterton Blumenauer Binswanger, an international full-service real estate organization.
