Looking for a home that will accommodate not only your family but your massive car collection?
CarProperty.com wants to be the go-to destination for wealthy homebuyers for whom a three- or four-car garage just won’t do.
This week CarProperty.com is helping auction companies promote a Newport Beach, Calif., mansion with space for 18 cars, and an old Chevrolet dealership in Jonestown, Pa., that can accommodate 40 vehicles.
In a press release, Car Property Group LLC claims to have “uncovered a hidden market through the power of disruptive Internet technology,” and says the company’s business model takes advantage of the fact “that there is no other central repository of information on a national or international level that address the garage space for residential real estate.”
If you’re a real estate agent or a property owner, “this site is where you go to place property ads for car properties that you have for sale or rent,” the company says. Source: pr.com.
