We had 525 real estate industry participants answer our survey. Overwhelmingly, respondents approved of real estate teams.
Here’s a breakdown of reader opinions about teams in real estate. We asked respondents to rank their feeling about teams in real estate, with 10 being “very positive” and 1 being “very negative.”
Almost half of respondents (48.38 percent) ranked their feeling about teams at a “10” — very positive.
In fact, 75.42 percent of all respondents ranked their feeling about teams at an 8, 9 or 10.
By contrast, only 3.83 percent of respondents said they would rank their feeling about teams at 1, 2 or 3.
